Fuel Oil CAD Consultation 2 (2025)

TSSA invites you to provide feedback on the revised code adoption document (CAD) for Fuel Oil. This CAD is adopted by reference in O. Reg 213/01. 

This is the second consultation related to the Fuel Oil CAD.  This second consultation is being conducted because a significant change is proposed to the version of the Fuel Oil CAD that was consulted on earlier in 2025. This proposed change to the Fuel Oil CAD consists of the incorporation into the CAD of the whole of Part 3 of the former TSSA Field Approval Code. 

The consultation will be active for 30 days from November 20, 2025 to December 19, 2025. 

This consultation is a series of simultaneous TSSA consultations regarding Gaseous Fuel CAD, Propane CAD and Fuel Oil CAD.
